Sovereigned AIPrivacy Policy
This policy explains how Sovereigned AI handles information. Sovereigned AI is operated by Sovereigned AI LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@sovereigned.ai.
What the app is
Sovereigned AI is software you run on your own computer or your own server. Sovereigned AI LLC does not run servers that receive your files, your chats or your Google data. There is no Sovereigned AI cloud account.
Google user data
This section explains what the app does when you connect your Google account to use Google Drive files.
What access the app asks for
The app requests these Google permissions (scopes):
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file: access only to the Drive files you explicitly pick with Google's file picker, or files the app creates.openidandemail: to show you which Google account is connected.
The app cannot see the rest of your Google Drive.
How sign-in works
You sign in using Google's device sign-in page. The access and refresh tokens Google issues are stored only on your own machine, in the folders of the agents you chose, and are readable only by your user account on that machine. They are never sent to Sovereigned AI LLC.
How the data is used
The app reads the text of the files you pick so that the agents you chose can answer your questions and do the work you ask for. Google user data is used only to provide those user-facing features.
How the data is shared
- Your AI model provider. When an agent works on a picked file, the file's content may be sent to the AI model provider that you yourself chose for that agent, under that provider's terms. If you run a local model, nothing leaves your machine.
- Your company hub. If you choose "propose to company library", the file's text is sent to your own company's hub, a server run by your company, so an approver there can accept or reject it.
- Nobody else. Google user data is not sent anywhere else, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with Sovereigned AI LLC.
No AI model training
Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
Limited Use
Sovereigned AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Human access
No person reads your Google data, except when:
- you ask us for help and show it to us yourself;
- it is needed for security purposes or to comply with the law; or
- it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Retention and deletion
- Picked files and tokens stay on your machine until you unpick a file or press "Disconnect".
- "Disconnect" revokes the Google token with Google and deletes the token files from your machine.
- You can also remove the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Other data
- Files you upload to the app, your chats and your agents' memory stay on your own machine or on your company's hub.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Security
Tokens are stored with owner-only file permissions. Links between your devices go over your own private network.
Children
Sovereigned AI is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and change the effective date above. Material changes will be shown on this page.
